Fun Friday Facts

Here are some fun facts about the "Wife of the Week", Debbie. 


Favorite Book: I love any book by Karen Kingsbury. I am actually reading one called, "This Side of Heaven".  I also love, "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan.

Favorite Movie: The Notebook

Favorite Store: The Mouse and The Amish Store. Also, Eddie Bauer and Pottery Barn are a favorite!(Although, those are normally out of my price range).

Favorite Restaurant: Chipotle (Does that count as a restaurant?)

Favorite Style Of Music: I listen mostly to Christian music. David Crowder is one of my favorites bands!

Favorite Sports Team: That depends on where I live. It was the San Diego Chargers, then the Seattle Seahawks.  Now, I guess it will be the Vikings.

Favorite Vacation Destination: We would love to go to Florida and visit Disney World (Hopefully, that will happen next year.).  Sadly, our vacation spots have been where our extended family lives. It used to be to the Midwest and Hawaii (when my parents still lived there), but now that we live here, we go on vacations back to the Northwest. We love the mountains and the ocean.

Favorite Thing About Being A Pastor's Wife: I love the little benefits...like when Darin brings home the youth group's Wii for our family to "borrow".  I also love the flexibility in his schedule on most days.

Favorite Bath & Body Works Scent: Oh, I love so many.  I don't know.  Hhhhmmm, right now, I like Japanese Cherry Blossom, but in the Summer, I like Exotic Coconut.

Favorite Time Of Day: I used to be a night owl, but now I go to bed by 10:30pm.  I still love to sleep in if I can. I like my sleep, but I'd say night is still my best time of day.

Favorite Season: Summer

Favorite Hobby: I like scrapbooking and making crafts...if I get inspired.

Favorite Family Activity: We like playing games, going hiking, and watching movies.

Favorite Snack: Yes, I like them all!

Favorite Bible Verse:  Ephesians 3:18-20. (Part of this verse is on my living room wall.)

Favorite Flower: Tulips
